Adam's Apple

4-6 Cracked Ice cubes
dash yellow Chartreuse
50ml Calvados (apple brandy)
25ml gin
25ml dry vermouth |
Put the cracked ice into a mixing glass.
Dash the yellow Chartreuse over the ice.
Pour in the apple brandy, gin and vermouth.
Stir to mix.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
