| 1 fresh coconut
50ml tequila 25ml gin 25ml white rum 50ml pineapple juice 1 teaspoon sugar syrup ½ a lime 8 crushed ice cubes |
Drain and reserve the coconut liquid.
Saw the top off the coconut.
Add the crushed ice to the coconut and
pour in the tequila, gin, rum, pineapple juice and sugar syrup.
Add the reserved coconut liquid then squeeze
the lime over the top.
Drop the squeezed ½ lime into the
cocktail.
Stir well. Serve with straw.
