50ml vodka
25ml lime juice ginger beer 8-10 cracked ice cubes slice of lime |
First created in the 1930s. It is belived that this drink was invented by a rep of a soft drinks company in America to help out a bar owner who had overstocked on ginger beer.
Put 4 cracked ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add the vodka and lime juice and shake vigorously.
Place 4-6 cracked ice cubes in a chilled
tumbler and strain the cocktail over them.
Top up with ginger beer and decorate with
a slice of lime.
