Sangaree
Ingredients:
6 cracked ice cubes

50ml brandy

25ml sugar syrup

soda water

5ml port

fresh nutmeg, or nutmeg mill

Place the cracked ice cubes into a chilled tumbler.  Pour the brandy and sugar syrup over the ice and top up with soda water.  Stir gently to mix, then carefully float the port on the top by pouring it slowly over the back of a stirrer or teaspoon.  Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
